Terms of Service for SendEGP

​1. Acceptance of Terms
​By accessing or using the SendEGP website (SendEGP.com) and our associated financial routing services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. Sendegp ("we," "our," or "us") reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
​2. Description of Service
​SendEGP provides a technology platform that routes and facilitates the transfer of funds from United States Dollars (USD) to Egyptian Pounds (EGP) via mobile wallets and InstaPay. We act as a technology gateway and dispatch network, utilizing third-party payment processors (Stripe) and messaging APIs (Meta/WhatsApp) to fulfill these requests.
​3. User Obligations and Accuracy of Information
​Because our service is designed for frictionless, rapid deployment, you are solely responsible for the accuracy of the receiver's Egyptian phone number and the selected routing method.
​You confirm that the funds being transferred are from a legitimate, legal source.
​You acknowledge that entering an incorrect receiver phone number may result in funds being permanently routed to the wrong party, and SendEGP cannot reverse completed transactions.
​4. Payments, Fees, and Exchange Rates
​All payments are securely processed through Stripe. SendEGP does not natively store your financial data.
​Exchange Rates: The exchange rate and final EGP payout amount displayed on our calculator at the time of checkout are locked in for that specific transaction.
​Fees: A standard transaction fee is added to your USD total at checkout. By confirming the payment, you agree to the total amount charged.
​5. Consent to Electronic & WhatsApp Communication
​To fulfill our Service, we utilize automated messaging. By initiating a transfer, you explicitly consent to receive transactional notifications, digital receipts, and support communications via Email and WhatsApp to the contact information you provide.
​6. Refunds and Cancellations
​Due to the real-time nature of our dispatch network, all transfers are final once marked as "Completed" by our fulfillment agents.
​If a transfer fails to dispatch due to a system error or an invalid receiver number prior to fulfillment, the transaction will be aborted, and a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method via Stripe.
​We cannot recall, cancel, or refund a transaction once the EGP has been successfully deposited into the receiver's InstaPay or mobile wallet.
​7. Limitation of Liability
​To the maximum extent permitted by law, SendEGP LLC, its directors, employees, and fulfillment agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, resulting from your use of the Service or any errors in the receiver information provided by you.
​8. Governing Law
​These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
