SendEGP Legal
Terms of Service
Last updated: October 9, 2026
Welcome to SendEGP. These Terms govern your access to and use of the SendEGP website, mobile applications, and international money transfer services. By creating an account or initiating a transfer, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The SendEGP Service
SendEGP provides a digital remittance platform that allows users to send money internationally to recipients in the Arab Republic of Egypt. We act as a technology platform and partner with licensed financial institutions, payment processors, and local Egyptian clearing networks, including InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, and Fawry, to execute these transfers.
2. User Eligibility & Account Security
To use SendEGP, you must be at least 18 years of age, provide accurate, current, and complete identity information as requested during registration and transactions, and use a payment method legally issued under your own name. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. SendEGP is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use resulting from your failure to secure them.
3. Transfer Process, Exchange Rates, and Fees
The SendEGP Rate includes a small operational margin and may differ from the mid-market exchange rate. The exact EGP payout displayed on the final confirmation screen is the amount guaranteed for delivery, with no hidden back-end deductions. SendEGP and the Central Bank of Egypt impose daily, weekly, and monthly transfer limits on senders and recipients.
4. Cancellations, Errors, and Refunds
Because transfers use instant local clearing networks, a transfer is typically final once authorized and cleared. You are responsible for entering the recipient's information accurately, including the 11-digit mobile number or Instant Payment Address. If a transfer fails because of network issues or an inactive or full wallet, SendEGP will automatically cancel it and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not use SendEGP for unlawful purposes, including money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions violations, fraudulent transactions, stolen payment cards, or attempts to bypass identity verification and compliance protocols. SendEGP may freeze, suspend, or terminate accounts and report suspected activity to relevant authorities.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SendEGP and its partners, directors, and employees shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees you paid to SendEGP in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where SendEGP is incorporated. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction.
